Time Is Ticking: Watch Week Aspen Returns For Its Third Year!

Get ready to sync your schedules, watch enthusiasts, because Watch Week Aspen is officially making its grand return for its third edition from August 13–16, 2026. Originally founded in 2023, the event brings together watch collectors of all experience levels to the heart of downtown Aspen, Colorado. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, this multi-day, decentralised experience perfectly blends the artistry of horology with Aspen's famous outdoor lifestyle and cultural allure. 

A Star-Studded Lineup 

Following a 2025 event that boasted record-setting attendance and brand participation, the 2026 gathering promises even more exciting activations. Over four days, downtown Aspen will completely transform into a walkable, citywide celebration of timepieces. Attendees are inspired, educated, and connected through special satellite events hosted by luxury brands and retailers. This year, attendees have the unique chance to connect directly with top-tier watchmakers, including a fresh slate of first-time brand and retail partners. The impressive roster of participating brands includes: A. Lange & Söhne, Arnold & Son, Cyrus Watches, Gerald Charles, Glashütte Original, Hermès, IWC, L. Leroy, Moritz Grossmann, Norqain, OMEGA.

The Mission and Vision

The core mission of Watch Week Aspen is to unite watch enthusiasts by providing exclusive access to top luxury watch brands, fostering learning and creativity, and building lasting connections in this scenic mountain town. The event was born from the vision of Elizabeth Smith Hrubala alongside the team at Oliver Smith Jeweler, with the primary goal of creating a world-class watch experience right in Aspen. To bring this to life, the event was developed in close collaboration with the Aspen Chamber Resort Association (ACRA) and local retailers.

The Weekend Itinerary 

Brand-hosted events and retail activations kick off on Thursday afternoon and roll right through Sunday, seamlessly mixing collectible watches with Aspen's world-class dining and hospitality. While participating partners will host their own curated previews, panels, and social gatherings, there are three major anchor events you won't want to miss: 

• Welcome Party (Friday Evening): This signature kickoff event will unite tastemakers, collectors, media, and brands. 
• Speaker Series (Saturday): Dive into the industry with curated conversations featuring experts and executives discussing craftsmanship, innovation, and today's collector market. 
• Collector’s Dinner (Saturday Evening): An exclusive, invitation-only dinner celebrating the artistry of watchmaking and the passionate collector community.
