HYT has introduced the Conical Tourbillon Midnight Blue, a new expression of its most technically advanced creation, limited to just eight pieces worldwide. The latest edition combines a warm 5N gold and black DLC titanium case with the Maison's signature blue fluidic display, creating a dramatic contrast that highlights the movement's kinetic artistry. Beneath the domed sapphire crystal beats the hand-wound Calibre 701-TC, featuring a spectacular 30-second conical tourbillon visible from every angle. Drawing inspiration from Walter Prendel's pioneering research in 1928 and brought to life by master watchmaker Eric Coudray, the movement incorporates an inclined escapement architecture alongside three rotating blue spheres that move at different speeds, adding another layer of visual intrigue. Comprising 750 components, the Conical Tourbillon Midnight Blue is an extraordinary showcase of HYT's unconventional approach to contemporary haute horlogerie.
