At the very heart of India, in Delhi, Kapoor Watch Co. bridged bridging nearly six decades of horological heritage with the future of luxury retail in India by hosting the inaugural edition of Hours & Icons from 23rd to 25th October 2026. It was far more just a gathering of watch enthusiasts, it was an occasion that marked the profound homecoming for the retail titan: the grand unveiling of its reimagined flagship store at South Extension II. This was a significant milestone as this was the very address where Mr. D.S. Kapoor laid the foundation of the house with a humble watch-servicing workshop in 1967.
A Storied Legacy Meets Modern Luxury
The reimagined South Extension II flagship spanned an impressive 8000 square feet across three floors housing dedicated counters for 12 elite watch brands, including TAG Heuer, Piaget, Franck Muller, IWC Schaffhausen, Bvlgari, Breitling, Longines, Cartier, Rolex, Rado, Tudor, and Hublot. This flagship remaining true to its roots of servicing, also houses India’s largest integrated watch service facility on its second floor, alongside an in-house watchmaker training school. While reflecting on this major milestone, Pratiek Kapoor, Director, Kapoor Watch Co. shared that successfully pulling off seven events in four days in partnership with brands including Franck Muller, TAG Heuer, Piaget, Breitling, Bvlgari, Longines and Cartier was simply the start of making Hours & Icons a national platform for watch lovers.
